If you lead an active lifestyle or play sports, then you probably know how important it is sometimes to have a snack and recharge on time. Therefore, let's prepare it ourselves according to the principles of O Keto.

At 5-6 we need:

  • Walnut - 30 gr.
  • Pumpkin seeds - 30 gr.
  • Sunflower seeds - 20 gr.
  • Sesame seeds - 10 gr.
  • Cocoa - 10 gr (1 tablespoon)
  • Transparent fiber syrup - 15 gr. (1 tbsp.)
  • Coconut flour - 20 gr. (1 tbsp.)
  • Coconut oil - 20 gr.
  • Protein - 1 egg.

Spices to taste:

  • Cinnamon - 0.5 g
  • Fresh ginger root - 1 gr.

You can also add: nutmeg, cardamom, vanilla, cloves, allspice, coriander. You can use other nuts and seeds in the given proportions.

Put nuts and seeds in a blender and grind for about 15-20 seconds.

Melt the coconut oil.

In a deep bowl, beat the protein lightly with a fork, add cocoa, spices, coconut flour (can be replaced with coconut flakes), syrup. Mix everything well until smooth.

For sweeter bars, add Sukrin to taste.

Then mix the mixture with nuts and seeds, mix well and place on a baking sheet, making a square shape.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170-175 ºС. about 15 min. Remove from oven and portion.

Store in an airtight container.
